Shipping times may be impacted by the ongoing Canada Post strike. We are partnering with UPS and Chit Chats to fulfill standard item orders until further notice.

Processing time

  • Standard items – 1-3 business days: All items excluding textile products. All of our standard items are packaged in-house.
  • Textile items – 2-5 business days: We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all textile orders.

Processing time begins when your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

Shipping time

  • Canada – 2-5 business days
  • US – 5-10 business days

Please allow for an additional 2-3 business days during the holiday season.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing an order, we want to make sure your order gets safely to you. We aren’t responsible for any missing packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If you need to make a correction and update your address, please contact us at support@tudboat.com
  • Once your package has shipped, we are unable to update your address.

Tracking

  • When your order has been confirmed, we’ll send you an email with your order number. Please allow for the estimated processing time according to your order’s item category.
  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with courier information, tracking number, and a link to track your package.

 Duties and Tariffs

  • Any applicable tariffs are calculated and included in the shipping cost.
  • If your address is outside of Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees upon delivery.
  • We ensure our shipments are labeled accurately for customs processing. Your delivery could be delayed due to increased processing time.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking update is showing your package has been delivered and you haven’t received it, please make sure you take the following steps:

  • Verify the delivery address
  • Check your building’s lobby/reception area
  • Check with neighbors and building management

If 48 hours have passed since your delivery confirmation, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

If you package arrived damaged, please take a picture of the package and contact us immediately with your order number and photos attached. In the event the contents of you package arrive damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. See our refund policy for more information.
