  • Items that arrive damaged/defective
  • Items that break under reasonable use within 30 days
  • Received the wrong item (our error)

Our refund policy does not cover:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that break under unintended use
  • Receive the wrong item (customer error)
  • Missing items due to incorrect address provided

In the event your item is damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the item along with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to issue a full refund or send out a replacement at no additional cost.
